The training of Organizations, horses and their riders by ensuring knowledge and experience in the evaluation, development and usage of horses in the Law Enforcement environment, with particular emphasis on basic, intermediate and advanced horsemanship in conjunction with a tactical application.

Highlights: As a SWAT Officer 6 years of countless hi risk entries involving armed, barricaded suspects and the service of warrants in the apprehension of violent felons. Extensive training and protection details of hi risk VIPs. SWAT Team Leader – 4 years: As Team Leader planned and provided over sight of aforementioned type details. As the Mounted Platoon Trainer responsible for: Selection and preparation of horses for Mounted Police work. Horse and Officer Trainng. Supervision of barn staff; Care and Maintanence of animals on the facility. Author of 200-hour POST certified mounted police equine school - Los Angeles. The development of a contemporary training program modeled to address and facilitate a newly established and progressive Mission Statement. The Mission Statement defined an aggressive Patrol / Crime Suppression style, an effective Crowd Control function, and a capability of Search and Rescue in a variety of environments.
