EXPERIENCE:
As a SWAT team leader in Los Angeles, Bob provided plans for the security of heads of state and other dignitaries. Worked with the U.S. Secret Service, State Department and the FBI, selecting motorcade routes, deployment of police personnel in motorcades and close proximity protection of dignitaries at their arrival and departure sites. Trained police officers for VIP security details. Bob is a medal of valor recipient.
Security Operations Manager Cal ISO operates the electrical grid for the State of California and requires armed protection as a result of the sensitive nature of their operation. My primary responsibility is to manage and supervise the security operations for California Independent System Operator, located in Folsom, CA.
Bob worked crime suppression throughout the city, specifically responding to crimes of narcotic violations, robbery, burglary, and car theft with the main objective of reducing those crimes. Worked stakeouts on serial killers (The Slasher, Hillside Strangler). Assisted with the tactical site survey of the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. Developed plans for apprehension of barricaded suspects and the safe rescue of hostages. Developed plans and carried out service of high-risk narcotic and homicide warrants.
Bob is considered a foremost expert on Executive / Dignitary Protection.
